Trip to Adler Plaetarium

The train ride was cool, I spent the entire time staring out the window (there and back), but the planetarium didn't have any trains. Next time we have to go to the Museum of Science and Industry, I understand they have a huge train set there.

I like to take things apart. It's just that sometimes I have trouble putting them back together again.

Yesterday, I was trying to ride the little bike that our neighbor gave us last year. I fit on it pretty well, but I have never ridden a two wheeler before so I can't ride it yet.

Mom and dad stopped by Wal-Mart today and decided on the spur of the moment to buy me a bike. Seeing as new training wheels for the little bike can't be found at Wal-Mart and the bike was so cheap I guess. I've been riding all day.

I've crashed a few times already, but thanks to my new helmet and Ian I don't cry very long.

Turning 3

If you missed it I had a birthday. I'm the big zero three. In honor of the occasion I send to you this video montage of some of the pictures.

Free Wallet from WalletBe

Dad was thinking about getting a new wallet, but being cheap he didn't buy one. This is a good thing because just a few days ago he got an email from WalletBe.

All he has to do is write a blog post and link to WalletBe. Which he has already done.
They said a few pictures would be nice. So we posed with the new and old wallets.

Then I got tired of Ian behind me so I elbowed him out of the way. (ok I just took a bite of my wonderful PB&J sandwich)

Dad does kind of like the new wallet. He especially liked the instructions. Not that the wallet is so complicated that it needs instruction. He liked that the instructions were written in a positive manner. For example: instead of saying don't put a credit card in the first pocket because the pressure when you sit your lazy butt down will cause the wallet to imprint the numbers into the leather; they said put cards with raised letters into the second pocket to avoid imprinting.

At the end of the day, dad gets a new wallet, an excuse to take more pictures, an excuse to write a blog post, and he doesn't have to spend money. Sounds like a win-win for everyone.

Wouldn't you like a new wallet too?

Oh and did I mention that this was an unsolicited offer. WalletBe found my blog and thought it was a great place to advertise so they in effect paid dad to write a blog post. This means dad was paid to write, a dream he has had for years. Dad is now a professional author. Score.
